About Agua Del Sol
Agua del Sol was launched in 2020 by Félix Hernández Monterrosa and Adriana Correa (of the family behind the Oaxaca mezcaleria CUISH). The label is structured as a cooperative of small-batch agave spirits, with each bottling representing a unique snapshot of a specific producer and region.

A mezcal ensamble brings together multiple agave varieties in one harmonious, handcrafted blend. Each species contributes its own character — from earthy depth to bright herbal notes — creating a layered, expressive spirit.
