About Mezcal Cuishe
Maguey Cuishe (also spelled “Cuixe”) is a member of the Agave karwinskii family, noted for its tall, slender, tree-like stalk and its preference for arid, rocky terrain. Because of its dense core and low water content, mezcal made from Cuishe typically features pronounced minerality with green-vegetal, herbal and citrus-zest notes, culminating in a spicy or smoky finish.
